Platform, not merchant
Dibs.gg is a platform that brings collectors together. We don't buy, sell, hold, authenticate, grade, ship, or insure any card listed on the site. Every transaction happens directly between buyer and seller, off-platform.
No payment processing
Dibs.gg does not handle payments, escrow funds, or process refunds. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and delivery on their own terms.
Liability
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the authenticity of items they sell. Buyers acknowledge that they transact at their own risk and are responsible for verifying items before payment. Dibs.gg is not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from transactions between users.
Disputes
Dibs.gg does not adjudicate transaction disputes. We recommend buyers verify cert numbers, meet in public spaces, and document the condition of received items. See the Disputes page for recommended precautions.
Account suspension
Dibs.gg reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing or account that violates the Community Guidelines, including via automatic enforcement triggered by user reports.
