Dibs.gg is a platform — we don't adjudicate transactions. Here's how to handle problems and how to protect yourself before they happen.

Report a listing

On any listing page, hit the Report button and pick a reason. 3 reports auto-hide the listing pending admin review.

Report a user

Email support@dibs.gg with subject "Report — @username" and include screenshots, transaction details, and any other evidence.

What Dibs does

  • Auto-hides listings that hit the report threshold
  • Suspends accounts with repeated violations
  • Reviews appeals submitted to support@dibs.gg

What Dibs doesn't do

  • Authenticate cards or verify grades
  • Process payments or hold escrow
  • Issue refunds or arbitrate transaction disputes
  • Recover funds sent off-platform

Buyer precautions

  • Verify the cert number with the grading company directly (PSA, CGC, BGS)
  • Meet in public, well-lit spaces — malls, cafés, card shops
  • Inspect the slab and card before paying
  • Document condition with photos at the meetup
  • Be wary of prices significantly below market

Seller precautions

  • Confirm payment received before handing over the item
  • For shipping, use trackable couriers and require signature
  • Document packing and condition with photos
  • Keep DM history until the transaction is complete

Escalation

For serious issues (fraud, threats, doxxing), email support@dibs.gg with full evidence. For criminal matters, contact local authorities — Dibs.gg cooperates with law enforcement when properly served.
